The CPC1500 is United's newest deburring machine. It combines the power and compactness of the CPC1000 with the CPC250's ease of use. Its 1.5 cubic foot capacity combined with its removable urethane barrels allows quick and easy processing. This new barrel design enables faster loading and unloading, as well as preparing the next batch as the machine runs. Equipped with United's exclusive PLC and Touchscreen control, precision finishes are at your fingertips. Processes can be stored and recalled for consistent results every time. Generates up to 25Gs
STANDARD FEATURES
- Direct Drive system utilizes motorcycle chain for durability and performance. Removable panels make it simple to access all parts of the unit for maintenance. Its 1:1 ratio allows each barrel to retain its loading position, increasing productivity and ergonomics.
- Touchscreen Controls with user friendly with process storage capabilities and process countdown timer.
- Safety Controls including two-handed jogging, E-Stop and interlocking access door.
- Variable Speed up to 350 RPM, is gentle on delicate parts and provides for process versatility.
- Removable Liners allows for fast loading and unloading and allows for quick liner replacement. An optional second set will allow operator to separate parts while the machine is processing another batch.
